Becoming mainly clear for the evening but upper cloud increased near
midnight and it soon bacame overcast as it was joined by lower cloud
layers. Overcast and dry at first after dawn, but rain commenced near
0715z, and became heavy on a cold front, max rate 18 mm/hr at 0823z.
Wind veer 220 to 280 deg 0800 to 0850z. Cloud breaks to NW. Vis 40km NW.
